Help needed

Hello, i hope i am posting in the right category.
I have installed 10.6.3 and updated to 10.6.7 but i can't make the sound to work and can't change my display resolution. Can anybody help?

Gigabyte GA- 945G - S3
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 1.8[can oc it to 2.3]
3GB RAM[can remove 1 if needed]
Ati HD 3850 [256MB]
80gb sata hdd
Every things works ok but the sound and display resolution wich it's stuck at 1024x768.
The audio card it's a Realtek HD alc 883

tick the pcirootuid=1 option in multibeast as well

Done, nothing happent, rebooted, still nothing.

install the ati experimental chameleon from multibeast, and also tick system utilities.

if that dont work after trying that, check that qe/ci is working by opening frontrow or dvd player. if they open, you can try forcing the res.

try changing chameleon first

Chimera replaced the ATI Experimental. You will probably have to add your graphics card UUID to the ATI3800Controller.kext in S/L/E to get it fully working with QE/CI.
