You should be able to do OpenCore on your Z97 UD3H board and have macOS Monterey using SMBIOS iMac 17,1

And I do thank you for identifying the problem and now I realize that it was a very easy fix after being led thru it. But it would have been nice if you would have given me some help with how to fix the problem.
