Which one are you booting from?
Problem reporting files must represent exactly what you're doing.

Your current KP is in AppleHDA.kext.
Did you install a patched AppleHDA.kext? If so, restore to vanilla.

My suggestion was to boot from Clover on USB.
Why did you ignore my suggestion?

Note: Seems like this thread should be moved to High Sierra, as clearly you're not running El Capitan.

Then why when I asked for problem reporting files representing the USB scenario, you continued to provide EFI from HDD?
