Today I connected 2 monitors with my hackintosh, the first with HDMI and second with DP to HDMI, but the problem is that in any moments the second monitor have these lines or these fails of image as yours can see
Any person know What happening?,
I need solve this problem, please.

Also, now isn't recognized my second monitor and option mirror don't show in systems preferences
