I just built my hackintosh with a fresh copy on lion 10.7.3 from app store and install with Multibeast and unibeast. All was fine until a couple od days ago when I go to shut down I get the "you need to restart your computer.hold down the power button for several seconds...."error message.Does anybody have an idea how to fix.

Thanks

Does the system boot with -x (safe mode)?

Try some of the the following steps.
-Disable USB3.0 in BIOS save and reboot. (You can go back and re-enable it after)
-Delete the PXHCD kext in S/L/E , repair permission and reboot. (You can re-install USB3.0 kext via multibeast again later)

im new to hackintosh how do I delete pxhcd? thx

There are many ways. Hackintosh = Unix base, so if you are adventurist enough to hop over to the HACKINTOSH world, then you must start to learn those basic steps. Use the search feature and google the Internet.

Example.
boot system with -s (single user mode)
sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/PXHCD.kext

Have you try the option of disabling USB3.0 in BIOS yet?

I havint I will try this afternoon. Thank you very much for your help
