ok, my system definition was set as MacMini because I was using intergrated graphics.

I then successfully installed an asus geforce gt 440 using multibeast.
A few hours later I realised I could now change my system definition from mac mini to mac pro 5,1.

now here is the idiocy, if it works I just shouldn't have changed anything, but I did without reading that the definition 5,1 will cause problems. Now I have Kernal panics on startup and dont know how I can change it back.

I have tried booting disabling the caches but it freezes on startup (no kernal panic just hangs there)

does anyone have a solution to revert my system definition? I really dont want to re-install Lion as I had it working perfectly.

Thanks in advance-
Matt

Also, would running the lion installer again help? Would It wipe all my documents etc..?

Thank you so much! I'm at work so I'll check it when I get home!
