[HELP] Install mojave on Dell 3467

GPU onboard: Intel HD Graphics 620 (done)
Audio: Realtek ALC256 (jack 3.5 not working when i pluged my headphone)
Display: (fail) black screen when i open from closed monitor, not show brightness scale bar on display setting.
HDMI (done).
Ethernet: Realtek106e (done)
Card reader: (not working)
I has attachment my EFI on after the post.
