Hello everyone!

I need help and kindly ask for advice on how to solve the following problem.
So I made my first hackintosh with Mojave and it's fully functional, then
I added a Thunderbolt GG Titan Ridge card on a Gigabye Z390 Aorus Elite motherboard,
at the BIOS level it is seen regularly, in fact I can change some parameters without problems
going into the latter.

But...

Load Mojave and when I go into the settings (quick system) section Thunderbolt, the message appears
'no driver loaded' (no driver loaded ...), as well as nothing in the PCI section. Surely
the problem is due to the fact that the drivers are missing. Therefore I ask how to install and configure them
so as to make my sound card work.

I have been involved in computer science for years, but I too have my limits, I wonder if anyone can be so kind
to help me solve the problem.

Thanks

I believe you need to install Windows, load the drivers, update the firmware and then go back to Mojave and you should see it. Windows warm up is only required once for "activation".

Bootcamp?
Normal Windows UEFI Installation and then install the driver and flash the updater.

Make sure to get the latest driver build for Titan Ridge from GA website. The version on the in-box CD-ROM was not as current as what was on the Web (at least in my sales package). Also, the installer is very different than Alpine Ridge version, as it's pretty much a "silent' install... just a few status indicators that quickly appear, then disappear.... no formal or usual "installation wizard" with multiple dialog boxes.

Also, make sure to reboot Windows after driver installation. Finally once back in Windows, make sure to also plug in a TB3 device to "wake up" the card in Windows. I honestly think this is a critical step & many people don't test TB under Windows before switching over to macOS. At any rate, in Windows, after a few moments, you should see a new Windows dialog box that will ask you if you want to approve the connection for the newly discovered TB device. Make sure to connect & then accept this choice.

Depending on your TB3 device, you may see some additional driver installations taking place. For example, I have Nektech TB3 docking station, that includes USB on-board audio. Windows alerted me to the new device found, and that drivers were being installed (message in lower right status area of window).
