Hello,
I've managed to build a Z97X UD3H / i7-4790k Yosemite/Clover system.
I've installed a EVGA GT740sc without problem and also it's web-drivers just fine.
This GT740 is connected to an VGA monitor using a DVi to VGA adapter.
I couldn't use it's HDMI yet because it's mini, and I don't have that yet.

I tried to connect the mobo's HDMI output (regular HDMI) to my Sony TV.
The TV is detected, and both video cards are detected too, shown on video preferences.
The Z97 video should be a Intel 4600.

However it's video output on the smart tv is all "broken"
I attached a picture for you to see.

I tried all the available preferences but the problem remains.

Do you have an idea how to fix it ?

Thank you !

JuanMa

It is best to avoid VGA and any DVI>VGA or HDMI>VGA adapters, as VGA is not supported and can lead to issues.

What you can try is:

Check in your BIOS if Initial Display Output is set to IGFX.

As your TV is connected to your mobo's HDMI, set your Sony TV as your main display (System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement).

FIXED !!

the problem was BIOS setting not being Intel's as the main video system.

now both, HD4600 and GT740SC work toghether just perfect

( NO HDMI AUDIO YET ! )

THANKS !

JMA
