HELP. Girlfriend used my probook hackintosh for the week & now I get this at boot up. How do I fix?

This is my brothers old forum account, so please be aware I know like ZERO about hackintosh's. Uploaded an image with the error on here, I'm not sure what version this was on, it's my brothers, who left it to me (short story, he passed last year from cancer) cuz I didn't have a computer, so I know very little about how to fix hackintoshy (is that a word?) kinda problems. Sorry for my ignorance, here's what I know: probook 4530s, osx is at least mountain lion, maybe mavericks (not sure) and I just googled what clover was, and trying to figure out how to tell what osx this is before creating a USB flash drive boot loader thingamabob. Any suggestions?
