Help getting AMD & Nvidia to work together

Hi guys.
I am running 10.13.4 on X99 Using MacPro 6,1 definition.

The setup includes:
1x Nvidia Titan X
1x AMD HD7970
1x AMD RX560

Everything worked perfectly untill I added the Nvidia card.


Using just the nvidia card, it works perfectly.

Using just the two AMD cards also works perfectly.

I tried pretty much everything i could think of and found in the forum including SSDT for all three cards, All required kexts etc...


Any and all suggestions would be greatly apriciated!

Why would you need a third video card, especially a Titan? Why couldn't you just use the Titan on it's own? I don't think you are going to be able to find a balance between all those GPU's under OSX, but who knows, it may be possible. It's just not a real world scenario, no real mac would have an Nvidia and AMD GPU at the same time, that I can think of anyway. Interested if you are able to get it to work though, good luck.

My daily driver is the HD7970 which I use with two monitors.

The other two are used for machine learning programming or so I had hoped.

If I do get it working I sure will update you.

In the meantime, if anyone reading this does know the million dollar answer, please don’t be shy
