yes just so u know 3 three things always cause that kp a lan thats not compatable,onboard firewire,external firewire pci/pcie or vt-d not disabled in bois if u cant disable vt-d in bois add dart=o flag it will disable it.

That still didn't help. I don't think it's a kernal panic. it just stops loading.

Have you tried removing all your add ons and the graphics card and try to boot using the built in graphics?
That seems to be a stable config to test first.

You need to start on the video card hd 4000 even if you have a Nvidia card in the bios iGFX


for it to see the bios after you must have two monitor
HD4000 on a monitor and a monitor on nvidia


or have a monitor with two DVI or one DVI and one HDMI and double wiring and switch on the video card nvidia both a mac to start up
on mine I disabled the USB 3.0 for standby the computer works
