Correct in every detail.

What do you see in System Preferences>Sound>Output?

I see 4 options that all read 'digital out' but non work.

What ports on your board are you using?

Nice an simple Line out (Green)

In MultiBeast, tick System Utilities

Then goto Drivers and Bootloaders > Kexts > Audio > Realtext ALC8xx:

Tick ALC8xxHDA
AppleHDA Roolback
Non DSDT Enabler (Even if you have DSDT) ALC 899.

Mine also have the ALC889 (not 899) and all I did was add the enabler ALC8xx.kext, and patch the AppleHDA (instead of using the rollback) with this line:
Code:
sudo perl -pi -e 's|\x85\x08\xec\x10|\x89\x08\xec\x10|g' /System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleHDA
Remember to remove any other audio related kext, like voodooHDA or there will be conflicts.
Another thing you may try is an USB audio device, they almost all work OOB and are very cheap. Can't recommend you one as I haven't tried any but there are many threads about that @insanelymac.

PD: your motherboard is misspelled in the profile, it should read H55M-UD2H.
