I have tried to install Yosemite on a Lenovo T400, from 2008.
It has oldschool specs its boots by BIOS and has the following specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 (@ 2,53 Ghz) 2 Cores
4GB Ram (2x 2048mb 1066mhz) (PC3-8500)

I formated the USB Stick fresh to HFS journaled with MBR Partitiontable.
The creation of the USB stick with Unibeast was successfull.
When i try to boot it starts to load the ktext and then stops with the following message,
errors encountert while starting up computer.
Could some one help me out im new in the hackintosh world and if someone succesfully installed OS X on a T400 already can anyone tell me the perfect BIOS settings?

GMA 4500 MHD is not supported by any version of OS X.
And the Radeon cannot be used because it is switchable (covered in the FAQ).

This laptop is not a good laptop for OS X.
 
I have found a custom driver for Mobility Radeon HD 3470 , is it worth a try? Do i need to use some special bootflags for it?

The Radeon cannot be used in a dual-GPU scenario.
 
Ok, thanks for your help. Ill check out some good Hackintosh Laptops. I guess its time for a new laptop. 2008 is already to oldschool.
