It is like you deleted the graphics kexts.
Run the macOS installer to restore all system kexts.

What is the output of this in Terminal:

grep 0x1921 -R /System/Library/Extensions

If you see no framebuffer support for 0x1921, then you should inject a fake device-id=<16190000> in config.plist/Devices/Properties/PciRoot(0)/PciRoot(0x02,0).
