I am considering buying a Dell 3583 A30P notebook with 8gb ram and gpu radeon 520, for working with video editing.

• Laptop: Dell
• Processor: intel i7 8th generation
• GPU: AMD RADEON 520 (2gb)
• Memory: 8gb
• 2 TB HDD (replaced by 256GB SSD in the future).

My question is, is it possible to activate the video card AMD??
