Help Creating Unibeast USB

I downloaded OS X 10.9 from the App Store and when I run Unibeast it works fine up until the installation process. It says "Copying Files" and it will be stuck on that and it never goes pass that. I have tried at least 5 times and it gets stuck at the same point.

Same problem over here, I'm running UniBeast from an OSX 10.9.2 machine. Just download the 10.9.4 install. UniBeast stuck at 'Copying files'. Now I'm at my 3rd try ...

For me, my old well used USB 2.0 stick took forever to create and forever to boot the installer. Not sure if it was because the stick was too old or I am just too accustomed to USB 3.0 speeds now. After that I went out and bought some USB 3.0 sticks.

The USB 3.0 Unibeast 4 sticks I've made since then took around 20 minutes to create which is reasonable and booted up the installer much faster (as one would expect).

I am using USB 3.0 sticks exclusively for this now. USB 2.0 needs to go the way of the floppy drive
