Help Booting Dual boot!!!!!!

My Specs:
i7 3770(non k) 3.4ghz
8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
0KRC95(dell optiplex 7010mt (mid tower?)motherboard)
amd 7570m 1gb
sys definitions:imac14,2
quad boot MacOS(550gb),windows(350gb),ubuntu(40gb+10gb),Kali Linux(50gb) in one hdd(1tb)
My problem:
I have clover, but after windows installation the pc directly boots into windows.
I swapped bootmgfw.efi with clover's CLOVERX64.efi,it boots into clover, but from clover it doesnt boot windows,
it goes blank or tells me to press ctrl+alt+del,or sometimes tells me that the os is not found(windows is there )
Kali linux and Ubuntu work like butter, they load their boot loaders and then I tried to load windows boot manager from grub but it comes back to clover!
but when I do not replace bootmgfw.efi with CLOVERX64.efi it directs boots into windows,clover not even grub does not appear!
my boot order:
Mac OS X
windows boot manager
kali
ubuntu

I also have a problem with the gpu
I have an AMD Radeon HD7570m
what drivers should I use?
I tried injectati,graphicsenabler,-v,darkwake.
it detects the AMD Radeon HD 7570m with only 7mb VRAM!!
the animations on macOS are sluggish and are cut like a paper is shredded
Please give me a solution to the windows only boot problem and the amd radeon hd757m 7mb problem!
I am struggling with this for the past 2 weeks!

Why are you replacing Windows' loader with Clover. This will break your Windows installation as you have probably found.

If Clover isn't loading add it to your firmware's boot menu so that it does. As Linux is working you could use efibootmgr to accomplish this task. See 'info efibootmgr'

Then repair/reinstall the Microsoft vendor folder so that Windows can start.
