[HELP] Boot error (printF??) and optical audio

- intel core i7-4790k
- Asus z97 Dual Deluxe
- 16 gb ddr3 1600mhz
- NVIDIA GeForce GT 1080ti 11gb
- alc1150 audo
- bluetooth dongle:

So I have a clean install of High sierra.

It's mostly working. Decent Geekbench and GPU scores...

but a few Issues:
No optical out option in audio ( HDMI / Displayport is fine )

On boot.... it takes 2 of 3 resets... I get an "Error Does PrintF work??" OSXAptoFix2 error possibly?

I used to get a memory allocation error on Sierra in the same place...

I am pretty new to this and damn it's confusing! Clover config has hundreds of options and I have no idea what they all mean and there seems to be very little plain English

There is an Audio and HDMI Audio forum with sticky threads explaining how to make things work and how to get help if it doesn't.
