Thanks in advance,
I have a
GA-Z68XP-UD3-iSSD motherboard ( onboard but removable 20Gb mSata ),
I7 2600K CPU,
32 Gb RAM,
GeForce GTX 560 Ti - 448 Cores (Fermi),
850 watt power supply,
OS X 10.7.3
I only have the unit assembled in the case, but no hard drives installed.
Hard Drives that could be used
(3) 1 Tb WD10002FAEX Hard Drives
(2) 240 Gb Kinston HyperX SSD (originally purchased and still considered for my MacBook Pro in a RAID arrangement)
and a 250 Gb and 500 Gb SATA Drive
other items I have to take into consideration
2Tb Time Capsule
MacBook Pro with 128 Gb SSD and 16 Gbs RAM
Considering both the MacBook Pro and the Hackintosh, what hard drive arrangement should I consider for both.
Can the 20 Gb mSata be used for cache with Lion OS X in the Hackintosh. Installing to the 20 Gb is not an option due to lack of enough space to hold all of the programs that I will install.
This is my first build ever so thanks for your help.
