HELP! 5770 Graphics Problem! HELP!

I updated my 5770 graphics drivers in windows, now all i get is a blue screen at boot up in osx.....

I ran it so I would get the text and it ended with FILE SYSTEM WAS MODIFIED and wouldn't go any further and The Volume Snow Leopard could not be repaired.

Also where my boot drive normally shows up in the boot menu, its not there! Do I need to start fresh?

Use iboot to boot your snow leopard installation disk. Use disk utility to repair permissions. Hope and pray that that is it.

Not working Im starting fresh and this time making sure I back it up.....
