Hdmi nvidia no sound after 10.12.4

any idea ? No sound after update al fine my headset Workf sound perfectly but my hdmi not sound and dont appear in options sound please help my card 650ti

Same for me. No hdmi audio with Nvidia 970 after 10.12.4 update. HDMIAudio.kext is installed. Worked fine with 10.12.3 and before. No hdmi option available in sound settings, but USB sound still works well.

Then Install as described in (3)

What os SIP ENABLE?
Installation

1. Mount EFI
2. SIP enabled, OK
3. Intel: HDMI display only, disconnect DP display
4. Double click: Downloads/audio_cloverHDMI-1....command
5. Answer y/n questions

And i Need hdmi nvidia not Intel please can you explain me please

I never disabled system integrity protection, so step 2 didn't apply to me.
I don't have Intel and I don't have a DP display, so step 3 didn't apply to me either.

Ok but you only mount efi and ran script? And reboot and work? Look my picture post 1 please need your help my sound work for usb but not for hdmi nvidia
