you could try with a different platform ID:
00009B3E

and disable the device ID as that shouldn't be needed

also test with 128MB DVMT

My Pre-Allocated DVMT in UEFI has only two entries: 32MB and 64MB

My laptop froze on the debug command window when removing the device-id attribute, now when I restore the device-id it works again.

also if you have made changes, then upload new config.plist
