HDMI not work with MacOS Mojave 10.14.3

I try to make HDMI port work on MacOS Mojave 10.14.3 with Hackintool 2.1.0,the GPU is perfectly recognized with 2048MB. but it don't show HDMI port
could you help me, please

I found the information about HDMI port for my laptop

DELL G3 => HDMI connect to NVIDIA card only

so, it's impossible to enable hdmi port work with Intel UHD630
