HDMI audio through Nvidia 650Ti help

I have audio through my Motherboard 3.5mm jack but this audio has static through the speakers when no sound is playing. I would like to fix this but I don't really know how. If i use headphones there is no static but when i use a loudspeaker there is. It is very strange. I would also like to get audio through my graphics card hdmi port working, how can i do this?

EDIT: I have fixed the static through the speakers, they are wireless and when the charging cable is plugged in interference occurs. Still no HDMI audio through GPU though
