HDMI audio on ASUS P8Z77 WS with EVGA GeForce GTX 680 Signature 2

I wonder if HD audio (Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio) will work for the first time in OS X Mavericks. Only then would I perhaps miss the HDMI audio...

I got it working in Windows 8 with a special version of XBMC.

Looks like the link to the patched BIOS repository is no longer working.
At the end of that thread someone says:
"Repository is no longer supported - Use PMPatch to patch your own BIOS or update to a UEFI BIOS and use Clover."

Upon googling for "Asus patched bios repository", I came across this:
