Did you make hdmi audio work? I'm trying to but doesn't work for me, at one point I had hdmi showing but wasn't working

Same here. Would be good to know. I have HDMI selectable but then can't adjust volume and no audio output.

With latest applealc update hdmi audio works for me, you can't adjust volume tho
