HD530 sleep and wake up with black screen

i5 6600k
kingston 8G ddr4 2400

Using IGX(hd530)，the computer go to sleep normally but when awaken it stays in a black screen.Using a discrete graphics(like 9800GT)，it can wake up normally.
Can someone help me？
