Hello everyone, I just purchased an MSI GTX 960 GAMING 100ME and I was just wondering whether I could use my Intel HD 4600 IG for Mavericks (I know I could get the 960 to work with Yosemite but I hate how Yosemite looks:banghead:) and use my GTX 960 for Windows. So what I'm trying to say is can i force my integrated graphics when I boot up OS X but have my 960 forced when I boot up Windows.

Is it possible?

Thanks for your time.

You can change it in the BIOS each time you boot, but thats a real hassle.

I didn't like Yosemite either and I still have my Macbook on Mavericks but I upgraded my main machine. Its OK, some hassles like the Green Maximise buttons behaviour has changed but double clicking on most not all windows does the same. Whoever changed that behaviour over need to be taken around the bike sheds and be given a stiff talking to. It made me look at karabiner and BetterSnapTool to get around the problems so that was a result.

The rest of time I just ignore it. Its easy enough to do so.

I certainly wouldn't use a 4600 over a 960 if I had the chance. I'd upgrade, grit my teeth and enjoy super fast graphics.

Just my 2p

Rob
