Having Trouble using UniBeast for Catalina with stub Catalina Installer app

Hi, I'm trying to install Catalina on a Mavericks machine.

I am stuck at Step 2: Pt 11.
I choose Catalina and click Continue but I get an error:

At this para:
"When it has finished downloading all it needs, the installer screen will then ask you to restart the Mac"

... I don't find a screen during the Catalina installation app process that asks me to restart.
It only gets as far as here (see image) and clicking the install button doesn't seem to do anything:

If anyone could offer me any advice I'd really appreciate it.
