Having Problems Updating from Mavericks to Yosemite

Hello i followed the guide to install, didn't see the http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...-os-x-yosemite-using-unibeast-multibeast.html to update from mavericks until after the fact, that stated the install went fine (update from mavericks) until the step to once again choose the usb-hdd then choose the Yosemite install drive. I get an apple logo with a status bar underneath but nothing happens. Ive let it sit for over 20 mins now
Any assistance would greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Did you find a solution to this problem?
I'm in the same situation here.
After choosing the install drive after that first reboot, the status bar runs to about a quarter of it's length and then just sits there.

(The weird thing is that, this is happening on the second machine of two I'm upgrading. The first upgrade went smooth, but the second one halts there. And the machines are identical. I don't get it ...)
