Having a weird Graphics Card Issue

Crap I spoke too soon. It's working now.
I have Nvidia webdriver 331.01.01f04 on 10.9.2.
In my bios (Asrock H77M-ITX) I set primary graphics to PCIExpress and turned off IGPU Multimonitor support. It booted quickly on the first attempt. Let me know if you need any other info.

I've tried both ways, I've just updated to 10.9.3 today and got the new drivers and still have the same issue. it boots fine from iGFX but plugged into the PCIX GFX. If i boot from PCIX GFX it just keeps spinning and spinning. I've tried disabling the iGFX and its no better.

I don't know what else to try.

bit of an old update, but whilst i was logged in i thought id feedback.

This issue is easily rectified by disabling onboard graphics.

when updating OSX you have to use onboard, install nvidia drivers then switch it off
