Going to sleep works now both in S/w and holding down F3 for a few seconds

I've managed 1in 5 times to "unsleep" as 4 times the login page has frozen and i had to reboot :(

1619 is better aligned, thanks (are the function keys (brightness/volume F6,7,9,10) supposed work without "fn" key being pressed?)

Depends on setting in SysPrefs->Keyboard->"Use all F1, F2..."

GenericUSBXHCI.kext installed to system/library/extensions
flag installed in extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist

<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string>-gux_defer_usb2</string>

Installed
"SMBUS Fix"
"7-series USB"
"HPET Fix"
But not....
"OS Check Fix" (guessing already applied? as the "apply" button was grey)

"OS Check Fix" probably needs tweak for this DSDT:
Code:
into method label _INI parent_label _SB code_regex If\s+\(_OSI\s+\(\"Windows\s2006\"\)\) replace_matched
begin If(LOr(_OSI("Darwin"),_OSI("Windows 2006"))) end;

Frozen or ps2 keyboard just not working? Use USB keyboard to verify. Look also to see if clock is updating.

thanks for the keyboard tip

"OS Check Fix" still showing 1 patch, 0 changes, 0 rejects apply greyed out

"Frozen" usb kb dead and time doesn't change

Try the patch in post #82. I'm not going to change the one in the repo.

Intermittent?

You should really post your experience in the main thread so you can compare notes with others that have this computer.

did try the patch in 82, same result.

will switch to main thread but

intermittent, YES.

Make sure you copied the entire patch. When I extract your DSDT from your ioreg, the patch I posted applies just fine.
