Does this look like it will work? Will I be able to drive a seiki 4k display?

The hardware you have spec'ed should make a very fine hackintosh. I'm not sure about the 760 being able to fully (modern game engines) drive a 4K display. Few people have experience with 4K displays, there are expensive. Maybe in a few weeks Apple will have one to go along with the new Mac Pro. That should provide a nice catalyst to get the 4K ball rolling in the Mac Community.

I wouldn't be gaming so the 760 is okay. And NVIDIA's website says it should work. I was just worried about OSX. I was thinking about the Seiki 39 inch 4k monitor that costs only $700.

To anyone reading this - first - How could I make part price reductions? I want to stick with the 840 pro and the 860i (or 1200i) for my build. Not sure about a high rez monitor but it's possible. Also, if I bought these parts, how could I go about building it and making the 840 pro tri-boot OSX, Windows, and Ubuntu?
