Yep i googled me to that as well, but in a freshly made Unibeast installer?
how could i solve that!.

In your previous message, you wrote, "With a clean install i get "Waiting for dsmos" , i installed with the unibeast 3.0.1 10.9 installer and applied 10.9.3 combo, that is it?"

So, you've done the clean install... After the clean install you should implement power management, which includes installing FakeSMC and a bootloader.

Yep, clean install 10.9, and the 10.9.3 combo update, then the FakeSMC fails.
Clean install 10.9, apply all patches to audio, cpu….etc…… combo update FakeSMC fails.

back to my question:
do i need a new patched mach_kernel? that i make myself or is the old one still good.

What do you mean by "FakeSMC fails"?

You need a mach_kernel patched based on the same version of OS X that you're running.

MacBookPro8,1 is not an appropriate Haswell smbios. Use iMac14,x, MacBookAir6,x, or best match MacBookPro11,x.

You have to create it manually. You can use Clover Configurator to get all the data you need to create it.
