i'll check the method to solve brightness issue later.

about PM, i use Clover to patch the Kernel(PatchPM), so that i think now XCPM is in charge.

The Clover option for XCPM mach_kernel patch is 'KernelPm'...

And yes, XCPM should be enabled if you're using a patched kernel (no matter how it gets patched). But you should verify that. Make sure AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement is NOT loaded:

Code:
# in Terminal, should output nothing
kextstat|grep appleintelcpu
kextstet|grep nullcpu

yeah KernelPM! i'm an idiot :p
yeah these both kexts are not loaded.

yes right! 6.2 exactly, but shouldn't i?

I was just checking... That's correct for your CPU. Assuming you have an SSDT with plugin-type=1, x86platformplugin should be working, xcpm activated, and power management is correct. You can verify in IORegistryExplorer.

i generated the SSDT by using PRGen. Just typed my CPU model i5 4200U...

But which item should I check in IORegistryExplorer?

Under the CPU area, you should see X86PlatformPlugIn loaded.
