Has anyone got Catalina working with X99?

I've been trying for 2 days now and its driving me nuts.

Setup:

i7 5960X
Asus E-WS X99
AMD XT 5700 RX (Nitro+)

Is it even possible to run Catalina with these specs?
If anyone managed, can you please please share your EFI?

I have the exact same MB and CPU. I'm hoping to try out installing Catalina in the coming weeks. Currently using Sierra. Not sure yet if I'll try Opencore or Clover. Will let you know of any development on my end.
