Hi all,

Z370N wifi
i5 8600
32GB RAM
No GPU, using IGFX
OSX 10.13.6 installed via Latest UB and MB

This was a relatively easy build, and I had everything but audio working. At this point, Hardware Monitor loaded fine. Sometime later, I was able to get AppleALC working great, and at the same time, I renamed my boot volume from High Sierra, and then upon reload, HW Monitor doesn't load anymore. Nothing happens, and the icon isn't showing up in the menu bar. I tried reinstalling the 3 FakeSMC, FakeSMC plugins and HW Monitor app from multibeast, restarted it, but it's still not loading.

Does changing the boot volume name or AppleALC mess HW Monitor up? or is this just a coincidence? I searched for other folks having the same problem, but the most recent was a couple years back, and didn't seem on point.

Thanks!

I am having a similar issue. I just finished my first Hackintosh build (i7 8700K, RX580, Gigabyte H370M D3H) and I cannot get Hardware Monitor to boot. I do have several crash reports, though.
