Hello, I'm working on installing OS X El Capitan onto my new machine. But when I go the Disk Utility to format my destination drive none of the internal drives appear, only the USB install stick. In BIOS both the 128 GB SM951 and the 1 TB WD appear and are working. Any ideas on why this is?

System specs:
i7-6700k
MSI Z170-a Pro
G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3000 8GB x2
SM951 128GB
WD 1TB
EVGA GTX 960 SSC ACX2.0

[SOLUTION]
Changed BIOS setting:

Settings\Advanced\Integrated Peripherals

SATA Mode: [RAID Mode]->[AHCI Mode]

I used an Ubuntu installer and can see the disks from there, so I'm guessing that clover is not getting the information. Any possible fixes or information on this?

Sometimes it could be down to the BIOS not registering could due to a hard drive failure, incorrect partitioning or simply not being connected entirely.

Try reseting the BIOS and correctly setting up each section then return with any results.

I should say EXPERIMENT WITH CAUTION, do everything logically testing wether to not it works.
