Half-Life 25th Anniversary.

I never played Valves games before, but I certainly know the name. Originally launched November 19 1998, Half-Life celebrates 25 years with a free download that's been restored and revitalized. There's also a nice film with the original development team, none of which had any experience in gaming. Wonderful story behind one of the greats in PC Gaming.

Half-Life is back and better than ever. Alongside interviews with the original developers, the game is now available with the Uplink mini-campaign, Steam Deck support, updated graphics settings, new multiplayer maps, and bonus restored goodies.

Thanks for the link, craighazan. Interesting, but I have never liked FPS games. I am looking forward to the remake by Cyan of Riven, which has long been my favorite "point-and-click" video game. According to them, the remake (not yet released) is 100% playable by the Cyan team, so I guess it's nearly there. Waiting...

Another well known game is also celebrating its 25th anniversary this week. Zelda Ocarina of Time, though we’re unlikely to get a ‘Behind the scenes’ with Shigs. We do have a live action movie to look forward too though.
