I installed a Radeon RX 570 and Windows would not recognize the card so my first troubleshooting was to update the bios to the latest version. I have an ASUS B360M-A motherboard.
I was able to get the card working but now my MacOS Mojave Installation will not boot. Seems something about this version of the BIOS causing a boot hang.
Other users are having this problem too:
Nobody has been able to come up with a solution, but I have found this method to downgrade BIOS without using EZ Flash. (this BIOS update has prevented you from downgrading to an older version with EZFlash it refuses to read older BIOS versions).
This thread is a year old, and nobody has tried it with my exact mobo. Seems kind of risky to me.
Any help is appreciated greatly. I am in the middle of recording an album and all the files are in my Mac installation...
