I doubt there is. It's an application which can only be run once the MacOS has been booted.

If you want a startup sound at power-on, you'll have to work something out with a chip and a small speaker connected to the power button of your Hackintosh

This seems nice, I have a question reguarding the sound output devise, is it posibal to choose witch devise to play the sound from?

This worked for me on Lenovo z570 running El Capitan. But not until my device boots after a password has been entered. I'm guessing this is due to the way my system adds the sound.
