hackintosh restarts unexpectedly, heat problem ?

i've got a gigabyte GA-P55-UD3 mother board, with I5 750 and PNY Nvidia GTS250. I've tried to install Lion with unibeast.

Everything seems work but my hackintosh restart unexpectedly sometimes ( without kernel panic, it just restart by itself). It's very disturbing and i don't know why, did anybody already see this ?

Could it be a problem with cpu or gpu heat ( i don't know if my hackintosh can manage Fan speed because i never hear any fan increasing speed ? or just a kext pb

Do you overclock your cpu in bios?

I would run memtest and a hard drive test to make sure that all passes.
Check your bios for the temperature. It should be listed in there.
