When I boot into my Windows 7 HDD on my hackintosh, then reboot I get an error saying a failure of AppleCharger.sys then boots into Chimera with ease. Is there a way to fix this or does this mean nothing?

I looked it up and it apparently is a driver that allows your computer to charge iPods, iPads and iPhones. If things start up okay after the warning, you can leave it or try to update it (don't know how) or remove it if you don't have any of those things to charge. To confirm, this is on the Win side, correct?

Thanks for replying. This is on windows not OSX, correct. Everything runs fine except the error showing up. I can't remove it, since I have an iPod. But its ok since I use OSX a lot more.

From what I read online, there is a way to update it that gets rid of the error message, you will have to Google it. I don't really do Win, so I can't give you the specifics....as well as this not necessarily being the best forum for that info.
