Hello all,

This is my first time posting on this forum, so let me know if there is anything I need to add to my inquiry.

I have built a hackintosh for a friend of mine, and it always installs properly. We are able to boot into a working build of Mojave with Clover Bootloader and are able install drivers. However, after a few reboots, the booting process does not work, and we are shown a prohibition sign. I have had to reinstall Mojave a few times and this still happens every time. I used verbose mode and this is what it shows:

I am still able boot into Clover Bootloader, but booting from the drive with Mojave installed results in the prohibition sign. We have tried safe mode and that still does not work.

HDD: WESTERN DIGITAL WD2500AAKX Caviar Blue 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5 internal hard drive
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz C16 (PC4-19200) Memory Kit - Black (CMK8GX4M1A2400C16)
MOBO: Gigabyte Z370M DS3H (LGA1151/ Intel Z370/ Micro ATX/ USB3.1 Gen1/ M.2/ DDR4/ HDMI/Motherboard)
CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 Desktop Processor 6 Cores up to 4.0 GHz LGA 1151 300 Series 65W
GPU: XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition 1386MHz OC+, 8GB GDDR5, VR Ready, Dual BIOS, 3xDP HDMI DVI, AMD Graphics Card (RX-580P8DFD6)

Any help would be greatly appreciated and please let me know if there is anything else I need to do, I will gladly oblige. Thank you

Change SMBIOS into different models or temporarily remove the GPU and see if it works?

I have quite same problem, only sometimes it appear to me too but I just need to shoot down and boot again 2 or 3 times and it starts regularly!? I wish to solve this little problem.... any suggest?

Hello, could you print the verbose messages while booting? (press space on the partition you want to boot and use the option -v)

This can happen when you have more than one memory fix driver in /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/.
