Hello,
My install of Monterey went very smooth. But when I scroll and open apps the GPU is very overactive and I hear coil whine sounds.There are also some high beeps coming from te CPU and I think it has to do with the power plan. It is louder when I am using full screen mode.
I also read that you can set PP,PP_WorkLoadPolicyMask, but there is no clear tutorial to find how to do this .
There is also CPUFriend , but I don't know where to start and how to configure it.
Is there a way of reducing it like in windows 11?
Can somebody look at my Config.plist settings?

Videocard :XFX rx 6800 XT
