hey guys i have been meaning to post this question for a while now but i havent got around to it well anyway, i was looking in the "about this mac" section on my hackintosh and found that next to graphics it was showing my graphics card but not the right amount of ram, it IS showing 1GB when it SHOULD be showing 2gb as my graphics card is 2GB. when i boot into windows it shows 2GB of ram but on the mac it only shows 1GB. can anyone explane this or help me?
Thanks
(my theory it that since i am only running an Intel celeron, (i needed to buy a graphics card for mac to work otherwise it just wouldn't work) the mac is subtracting 1GB of the graphics to make the hackintosh work)

thanks

I don't think your theory is correct.

You can edit your smbios.plist in order to fix that. It is only cosmetic change.
You can also use champlist.app to do this for you

I wrote down some of the keys you can use here:
