Hackintosh doesn't shutdown

Hi, i'm running Mountain Lion since Sunday and haven't been able to shutdown correctly. When i shut down on mac everything turn off except for the CPU that is still running. I don't know what i have to do for getting it shutdown properly.

This is my hardware:

Drives:SanDisk Extreme 120GB SSD SATA3
Graphic Card: Asus GeForce GTX 650 Ti OC 2GB GDDR5
RAM Memory: Corsair Vengeance PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 16GB 2x8GB CL10
Power Supply: Corsair GS800 V2 800W Gaming Series
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB SATA3 64MB-
Case: Cooler Master HAF XM

There are several guides for the board that include bios settings double check your bios settings.

Given your CPU and Mobo, you have Wake on Lan =enabled in the BIOS. Disable it and VT-d.
