Hackintosh Components Getting Hard to Find - Thunderbolt 3?

I'm finding as time progresses it's hard to find some motherboards and video cards listed in the buyers guide. As Apple's hardware remains stagnant with old technology, this old technology is getting hard to find.

For example, I regret not getting a motherboard with thunderbolt 3. I mistakenly bought a Gigabyte USB 3.1 motherboard which is 10 gb/s compared to 40. A lot of the new high end audio interfaces are using thunderbolt now(Universal Audio for example) but the one TB3 motherboard in the list links to only a used one on Amazon. Anyone have a hackintosh solution for TB3 that can still be purchased?
