Hackintosh bugging / lagging / work slow

I'm currently building a hackintosh as a workstation for video editing.
This is my Configuration:

Gigabyte H370 HD3
Intel Core i5-8500 3000 1151-V2
Corsair 8GB 2666-19
Intel SSD 1.0TB 660p (For the os)
Asus 8GB HBM2 ROG STRIX RX VEGA 64 OC

After several days of trying to install the software, the mac is starting.
My Problem is, that the mac is working very slowly. The animations are very laggy, the tabs on Safari flicker, youtube full screen flickers...
I've tried so many things to fix it, but it doesn't worked.

Do you have an Solution?

*I've forgot to say which os i wanted to install:

I've tried Mojave (Most buggy) and I've tried High Sierra (This was better, but also the same issues).
